Design Prototyping

We provide manufacturing, design and prototyping services. Prototypes can be made within 1-2 weeks using machined and/or stereolithography (SLA) parts. ATech Designs, Inc. can also make plastic parts using our rapid injection molding process. Most prototypes are fully functional and can be packaged, sterilized and used for medical product testing or used in other applications such as animal studies to prove the concept. We design the parts using software prototyping, utilizing the SolidWorks CAD system, or we can take your designs and make a prototype to your specifications. Testing of the prototype can be done in our lab using our calibrated test equipment by following our FDA GMP procedures or by following your supplied prototyping model procedures.
